Doosan is delighted to announce the appointment of Geolift / Fortis as the official regional distributor of Doosan forklifts for Southampton and Portsmouth.
Doosan is the world's leading value forklift brand and was launched in 2005 following the purchase of a 51 percent controlling share in Daewoo Heavy Industries & Machinery by Korean construction giant, Doosan.
Since then the company has experienced record growth in the UK and continues to build on its reputation for simple, powerful products designed for European markets.
Our growth has been in no small part to the efforts of our distributor network and as time progresses, we have been fortunate to be in a position to be very selective about the people we work with and to consider carefully how they support and represent our brand.
We have been very impressed with the success and ambition of the Geolift / Fortis set up, in particular the excellent service business for which Geolift has rightly developed, Craig has an enviable reputation within the forklift industry and works tirelessly with his customers to keep everyone as happy as possible.
On a personal note, we are delighted to welcome back David Scammell back into the network, after eight successful years as a Daewoo/Doosan dealer, and we look forward to Craig George and the team becoming our latest success story!
