Fantuzzi/Regiane was a truly global business group with an annual turnover approaching 1.5 billion Euros. Fantuzzi manufacturing plants can be found in Italy (side loaders), Germany and China. Fantuzzi has been manufacturing for over 40 years, initially producing 40 ton container handling side loaders. Fantuzzi side loaders now hold an enviable reputation for quality and longevity. The range covers 3 to 52 tons, diesel, electric and LPG.
As you may be aware Terex acquired Fantuzzi in totality (including Fantuzzi Noell UK) during 2009, this acquisition is now fully complete and they have spent time consolidating their position. We thought it may be useful to answer some of the more frequently asked questions of the acquisition by Terex of Fantuzzi:
Who are Terex?

What will happen to the Fantuzzi /Reggiane / Noell name?
All equipment previously branded Fantuzzi / Reggiane & Noell will now be manufactured under the Terex name in the familiar Terex Corporate colours (white). The models will start with Fantuzzi i.e. the manufacturer and brand name is Terex; the name Fantuzzi will become part of the model, e.g. Fantuzzi CS45KS or Side loader Model Fantuzzi SF50U.
How has the acquisition impacted Fantuzzi Noell UK? And what does it mean for customers and potential customers?
FNUK function was and remains to support our customers both in terms of parts support and product support. The strength of Terex has transformed the speed of response of information and parts supply. We have always prided ourselves on doing our utmost to support our customers but now we are able to do a whole lot more.
